This incident has been resolved. The data is now visible on PMUI for US Platform 3.
A fix has been implemented however we kept it under monitoring.
We are continuing to investigate this issue.
Qualys Cloud Operations team has identified the issue that is causing an impact on PMUI with no data and currently are working on restoring it back.
Further updates will be shared as they become available.
