Outage Details

Some of our QuickBooks Merchant Account customers are currently unable to process credit card transactions in QuickBooks Desktop. We’re currently investigating what's causing this, and we’ll share updates on our progress. While we work on resolving this issue, you can access the Merchant Service Center in a web browser (http://merchantcenter.intuit.com/) to manually process any payments that are urgent. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to get everything up and running soon!

This issue has been resolved. You may need to close and reopen the QuickBooks Desktop program if you are still experiencing an issue.
