The teams identified that one of the master servers is unresponsive. Teams continue to work on bringing the server back online, and in parallel, are identifying other paths to restore service.

At 11:29 UTC on July 03, 2024, our Salesforce Technology team became aware of performance degradation in the IA6 (Washington DC) data center. This degradation is impacting a support service used by the application tier, which supports features including Custom Big Objects, Chatbots, Login Forensics, Field Audit Trail, and Chatter. The Technology team is exploring multiple paths to isolate the underlying cause of the issue.

We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
