The Salesforce Technology team is working to increase necessary memory to alleviate the impact. This process is expected to take approximately two hours to complete.

The Salesforce Technology team has identified a reduction in necessary memory as the trigger of the issue. They are in the process of deploying additional resources, which is expected to resolve the issue. This deployment is likely to take some time to complete.

At 07:36 UTC on October 7, 2024, customers on multiple instances began experiencing a Data Cloud feature degradation. The Salesforce Technology team became aware of the issue following reports from customers. Customers may be experiencing errors when attempting to use Data Transforms (in particular, creation and run requests). Refreshes are unsuccessful as a workaround at this time. The relevant teams are engaged and are investigating the likely trigger of this issue.

Upon further investigation, the Salesforce Technology team has determined that the start time of impact is different than initially understood. We have now revised the start time of the Trust post to more accurately reflect the time customers may have begun to experience impact. We apologize for any confusion caused by this.
