As of 17:42 UTC, Salesforce core app services have been restored, and customers are no longer impacted. We identified that a message request was contributing to high traffic and overwhelming system capacity, causing intermittent service disruptions. We implemented an immediate fix by suspending the message request that was contributing to the capacity constraints.
