Some customers have reported that the issue is resolved for them.
Current indications are that the issue is due to an issue with a Telecom vendor.

We continue to investigate the issues experienced by a subset of customers receiving authentication codes via SMS and email.
Affected customers are unable to log in to their environments because they are not receiving verification codes.
We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
