Our investigation shows the impact is broader than initially understood, now including DesignCenter-EU. We have also updated the Trust post to reflect a revised start time for the impact.

At 19:40 UTC, on October 29, 2025, we noted a service disruption impacting MuleSoft Anypoint UI, not accepting traffic in the EU region. Customers may encounter continuous errors when attempting to access their applications via eu1.anypoint.mulesoft.com. We are actively working to identify the trigger and are working on a potential fix.

We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
