We have identified the trigger of this incident as a recent code change. Our Engineering teams have rolled back the code change.


Customers experiencing issues can restore full functionality by restarting their existing CodeBuilder instances. For additional information on how to perform a restart please refer to: https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/platform/code-builder/guide/codebuilder-reset-env.html

Customers creating new CodeBuilder instances are no longer affected and should experience normal performance.

We are actively deploying a fix that will automatically restore service for all remaining impacted customers without requiring any action on their part.

We will provide our next update once the fix is fully deployed or if any new information becomes available.
