Outage Details

In the EU2 Data Center, submitting requests, invoices and expense reports through the SAP Concur website was below expected level. Affected users may have experienced the following error: “A policy must be activated for your company before you can proceed in creating request. Contact your help desk or system administrator.”, when trying to create a request. Expense and Invoice users may have intermittently encountered latency or an error when trying to access the affected service. As a work around users can click on "Start a Request" on the user landing page, and they will be able to submit their request. Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the EU2 Data Center, submitting requests, invoices and expense reports through the SAP Concur website was below expected level. Affected users may have experienced the following error: “A policy must be activated for your company before you can proceed in creating request. Contact your help desk or system administrator.”, when trying to create a request. Expense and Invoice users may have intermittently encountered latency or an error when trying to access the affected service.
As a work around users can click on "Start a Request" on the user landing page, and they will be able to submit their request.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

Since our last update the impact remains unchanged. In the EU2 Data Center, submitting requests, invoices and expense reports through the SAP Concur website is below expected level. Affected users may experience following error: “A policy must be activated for your company before you can proceed in creating request. Contact
your help desk or system administrator.”, when trying to create a request. Expense and Invoice users may intermittently encounter latency or an error when trying to access the affected service.
As a work around users can click on "Start a Request" on the user landing page, and they will be able to submit their request.
The Incident Response Team(IRT) continues with the troubleshooting in order to resolve the issue. Our next scheduled update will be in one hour or sooner should a significant change occur.
