In the Concur Cloud for Public Sector (CCPS) Data Center, travel bookings through the Worldspan GDS service via the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were below expected level Affected users may have encountered the error message, “We’re sorry… We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request” when attempting to complete their travel bookings. While the Incident Response Team (IRT) has been working with the vendor, the issue has self-recovered. However, the team will continue to collaborate with the vendor to understand the root cause and prevent future occurrences. We have verified that service performance is stable and will now resolve the incident. An investigation into the root cause of this incident will now be conducted, and a root cause analysis report provided when that investigation is complete..

In the Concur Cloud for Public Sector (CCPS) Data Center, travel bookings through the Worldspan GDS service via the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were below expected level. Affected users may have encountered the error message, “We’re sorry… We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request” when attempting to complete their travel bookings.

Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

Affected users may encounter the error message, “We’re sorry… We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request.” when attempting to complete travel bookings.

The Incident Response Team (IRT) has confirmed that the root cause is linked to an internal issue with the vendor and is actively working with them to reach a resolution.
