Incident in Expense,Analysis/Intelligence on China

In the China Data Center, access to the Analysis/Intelligence and Expense services through the SAP Concur website was below expected levels. Affected Analysis users may have experienced intermittent login issues or encounter the error message “Sorry, something went wrong..” upon login, while Expense users were unable to view or access their Expense Reports.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

The Incident Response Team (IRT) has engaged additional resources and is actively investigating the issue. Our next scheduled update will be in one hour or sooner should a significant change occur.
