In the US2, APJ1, and EU2 Data Centers, the Travel System Admin Tab is inaccessible to TMC Administrators and System Administrators. Users are receiving an error, “ Sorry, something went wrong” after clicking Travel System Admin under the Home on the landing page. Administrators with Supportability Portal permissions may continue making travel configuration updates via the Supportability Portal. For the US2 Data Center, the portal may be accessed using this link: https://us2.concursolutions.com/nui/signin?targetURL=%2Ftravel%2Fsupport. For the EU2 Data Center, the portal may be accessed using this link: https://eu2.concursolutions.com/nui/signin?targetURL=%2Ftravel%2Fsupport.
