In the APJ1, EU2, and US2 Data Centers, travel bookings for air, car, and hotel services using the Amadeus GDS were unavailable. Affected New Concur Travel users may have experienced a “no search results available” error, while Legacy travel users may have received the message “We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request” when attempting to perform any travel searches. As the Incident Response Team was being assembled, the service automatically self-recovered. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.
