In the US2 Data Center, Travel Search was unavailable for the Legacy Travel users, and 75% below expected level for New Concur Travel users. The affected users received an error: “We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request.” when they attempted to search for air, hotel, and car. Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.
