Starting from 02h01 UTC a server on a B_SSD class block storage cluster experienced some OS issues leading to increase of latencies.
On this node, storage services were flickering / having slow operations from the cluster point of view and the cluster was unable to declare this node fully out leading to latencies and IOWaits
At 02h11 UTC situation worsened with IOTimeouts.
Cluster started recovering after our team intervention at 02h23 UTC
At 02h33 UTC cluster was fully stable with nominal latencies
Low latency volumes (sks_5K and sbs_15K) were not impacted by this incident.
Since 02h01 UTC there is availability issues on block storage in nl-ams-2.
This cluster is fully available since 02h23 UTC but still experiencing some latencies
Concerned volumes are legacy BSSD Volumes and not Low latencies volumes
There is availability issues on block storage in nl-ams-2
We are currently investigating this issue.
