IDENTIFIED 3 months ago - at 02/04/2025 11:04AM

We have identified the issue and are working on a definitive fix.

Please note that an error may occur when trying to update and save UPS contracts on the Sendcloud Panel. After logging in to UPS and being redirected back to your UPS contract page in the Sendcloud Panel we advise to make a small change to the Auth Code field (example, enter a space at the end and then delete the space), and then click Save. The contract updates should then be successfully saved.

If the error continues, we advise to remove the UPS contract from the Sendcloud Panel and add it again.

Thank you for your understanding as we continue to work on a definitive solution for this issue.

We continue investigating the issue and working on a definitive fix.

Please note that an error may occur when trying to update and save UPS contracts on the Sendcloud panel. In that case, we advise to remove the UPS contract from Sendcloud panel and then add it again. This seems to also resolve the label creation issues.

Ongoing Issue – Further Investigation Required

The earlier fix did not achieve the desired results. Consequently, our team is still actively engaged in identifying and implementing a new solution to address the issue.

MONITORING 3 months ago - at 02/03/2025 12:54PM

A fix has been implemented and users with a direct-contract with UPS are advised to take the following actions:
- Open your UPS contract settings page in Sendcloud
- Click the "Log in with UPS" button and
- When the UPS website opens, enter your UPS credentials
- You will then be redirected to the contract page in Sendcloud where you can finish entering any necessary data and click Save to resolve the issue

Our UPS contract activation Help Center article may be helpful while completing these steps: https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025757552-UPS-contract-activation

Thank you for your understanding, we will continue to monitor the situation.
