Outage Details

We are currently experiencing latency issues with emails sent via the Transactional platform. As a result, there will be delays in receiving Transactional emails from all sources, including API, SMTP, Automation, etc. Currently, the delay in Transactional emails is up to 10 minutes. Teams are actively working together to identify the root cause and mitigate the latency. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We are also observing delays in the automation logs.

Please note, there is no disruption in the execution of the workflow. All steps are functioning as expected, only the record of steps in the Automation logs will be delayed.

The impact has been mitigated, and transactional emails are now being processed.

Webhooks should be received as soon as they become available on the front end.

That said, there is still a delay with the automation logs, as mentioned earlier. Our team is actively working on resolving this.
