We have identified an issue with our infrastructure service provider which could negatively impact data integrity for newly entered data. To prevent any potential data integrity issues we are proactively disabling access to TrialPath and Insights. We are actively engaged in the service provider outage and will re-enable access to the application as soon as the outage is resolved.

Data restoration has completed after the failover. The access to the SignalPath Application Suite has been re-enabled. TrialPath and Insights are fully available.

The data restoration after failover is still in progress. Once the restoration has completed we will re-enable access to the SignalPath Application Suite.

Our provider is still experiencing outages. We continue to work on restoring any data that may have been affected by the outage.

We have failed over the production application to another region within our infrastructure provider to work around the provider outage. Once we have restored the data that was impacted by the outage this morning we will restore access to the application.

The infrastructure service provider outage is still ongoing. We are preparing to move part or all of the application to a different region within our infrastructure service provider. Once this failover has been validated we will be able to re-enable access to the SignalPath application suite.

- Our infrastructure service provider has confirmed the outage.
- Access to the SignalPath Application Suite is currently completely disabled.
- We have an active support ticket opened with our infrastructure service provider.
- We are investigating moving part or all of the application to a different region within our infrastructure service provider.
