A db issue has been identified and a fix has been applied and are monitoring.
We are continuing to investigate this issue.
The SnapLogic platform has encountered a problem due to a database level issue. This has caused UI slowness and failures in pipeline initiations that are dependent on the control plane. The team is actively working on the issue with all hands on deck, and will provide additional updates ASAP.
We have been alerted to an elevated level of errors from the SnapLogic Platform. Our team is currently investigating this issue. In the meantime, if you experience any unusual behavior, please contact support in the usual way (support@snaplogic.com)
