We are closely monitoring the situation with our banking partner regarding the disruption impacting some Instant Transfers to debit cards. The issue appears to be stabilizing; however, Sellers experiencing issues are advised to link a card from a different institution and retry the transfer. Other transfer options, including Standard next-business-day and Manual Transfers, remain unaffected.

Due to a third-party disruption with one of our banking partners, we are experiencing an increase in failures for some Instant Transfers to debit cards. While recovery has begun, Sellers experiencing issues with Instant Transfers can try linking a VISA debit card from a different banking institution and retry the transfer.
