We are observing StackPath portal login issues specifically with PLDT and SMART telecommunications companies in the Philippines. Further investigation shows that our WAF mechanism is generating re-directs when users try to reach the Control Portal from the PLDT network. Our WAF team is working to identify whether there are anomalies in traffic patterns; we are also actively following up with PLDT on this issue.
