Since February 27, 2025, an external technical issue may cause a partial settlement delay for both inbound and outbound transfers via Target 2 EUR wires. Affected payouts and inbound bank transfers may be delayed, with the timeframe still unknown. The delay timeframe is unknown as the issue is ongoing. From 10:50 to 19:00 UTC on February 27, 2025, an external technical issue resulted in partial delays for both inbound and outbound transfers via Target 2 EUR wires. This issue is now resolved.
