Outage Details

Alight is reporting system issues impacting access to the OneUSG Connect - Benefits Portal or Electronic Customer Service (ECS). As of now, Alight has not given a timeline for a full recovery, but the situation is being investigated at the highest priority. This error impacts Employees' ability to access their benefits through Manage My Benefits. Practitioners are also not able to access Employees' benefits or TeamSpace at this time. If immediate assistance is needed, please refer your employees to the OneUSG Connect-Benefits Call Center as needed at 844-587-4236 for assistance. We will provide updates as soon as more information is available.

Alight has reported the system access issues have regained full functionality for the OneUSG Connect Benefits portal. Alight teams continue to monitor but all services are operating as expected. If you have questions or concerns, please contact OneUSG Connect Support at: oneusgsupport@usg.edu.
