We have observed restored connectivity in Spain and are actively monitoring for any further issues.
For end users in Spain, we are updating sites using Vercel nameservers, cname.vercel-dns.com and *.vercel.app, to new IP space to mitigate the ISP restrictions. And we have reached out to Telefonica for an update.
We are currently investigating intermittent connectivity to Vercel-hosted sites in Spain due to the Telefonica/Movistar ISP outage.
