Issues in registering Norwegian companies to Peppol - ELMA register having problems

We can see new registrations completing successfully, the registrations that were pending during the issues have been reprocessed. We are monitoring new registrations to ensure that system continues working as normal.

Norwegian Peppol register ELMA has announced they have a database related issue that is causing problems to register companies to Peppol network.

This issue impacts registrations but there has not been any impact on invoice and document flow for existing registrations. We are following up the situation.

We have received all registration requests and aim to process them as soon as ELMA has resolved the incident. Our integrators may experience delays in registration.
