Subscribe to Harness status updates

- Check for a way to subscribe to the updates. Usually there are some options: subscribe to a RSS Feed, via email, or if you're lucky Slack and others.
- Sometimes status pages, offer the possibility of subscribing to updates just for specific components, but most of the time you'll receive updates for all the services.

- Choose Harness and all the services you want to monitor;
- For each service, select the components that might affect you.
