Metrics ingestion delays

This incident has been resolved.

We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

Graph metrics are improving and are being ingested at a normal rate,. Our backend system is reporting healthy metrics.
We are still keeping an eye on the incident.
From our investigation, there is no data lost.

We are currently monitoring the deployment of a fix that should resolve the metrics delay which was affecting the Fields and Operations page. It may take additional time for us to catch up on field usage metrics which have fallen behind but we will continue to monitor the incident until it is fully resolved. Thank you for your patience.

Our pipeline for ingesting metrics/historical data is currently experiencing delays. As a result, you may see incomplete or partial metrics data in Studio UI and our GraphQL API. We're currently investigating the issue, and will give updates as our investigation continues.
