Impact Statement: Starting at 18:13 UTC on 12 Aug 2022, a subset of customers using Azure Communication Services may be experiencing authentication failures or failures to use our APIs. As a result, multiple scenarios may be impacted, including SMS, Chat, Voice & Video scenarios, Teams-ACS Interop.Current Status: We’ve observed issues with database calls from resource provider components which has impacted underlying authentication processes and are causing them to fail.We have validated the hotfix we have developed to address the authentication failures and we are rolling out the fix across regions in order to mitigate. The fix has been fully applied in some regions and is continuing to be deployed. Some customers will see signs of recovery at this time as the fix completes in each region. The next update will be provided in 60 minutes or as events warrant.
