Virtual Machines and Storage - West US 2

Starting at 03:08 UTC on 27 Aug 2022, customers using multiple services in West US 2 may experience failures when trying to access some resources hosted in the region.Current Status: We have identified a power event caused impact to a number of storage and compute scale sets in the West US 2 region. This impacted storage availability and caused downstream impact to multiple Azure services in the region. The impacted storage scale sets are now online and full recovery has been confirmed. We are in the process of completing and verifying recovery for all impacted downstream services. Customer virtual machines and impacted Azure services will be seeing signs of recovery at this time.The next update will be provided in 60 minutes.
