Virtual Machines - Connection failures - Investigating

Starting at 13:26 UTC on 23 Oct 2022, customers using Virtual Machines may experience connection failures when trying to access Virtual Machines hosted in multiple regions. These Virtual Machines may have also restarted unexpectedly.Current Status: At this time, we've looped in multiple teams to help with our investigation. Our engineers are working to identify a root cause and look into this issue extensively in order to identify a mitigation strategy. This is a time intensive task, therefore, we will provide the next update in 6 hours or as events warrant.
