We are actively investigating an issue causing a subset of customers to experience sign-in issues for those leveraging conditional access policies based on GeoIP locations. This issue is affecting Public and Government clouds.Mitigation efforts are ongoing. We are actively assessing the full scope of customers impacted, who are being provided direct notifications and updates via Service Health in the Azure Portal.
