Mitigating slow response times for Bloomerang reports

This issue has been resolved, users should now see normal response times for all functionalities.

Response times should be returning to normal, we are continuing to monitor performance to confirm and will update when the issue is fully resolved.

We are experiencing longer than normal response times for Bloomerang reports resulting in some customers seeing intermittent delays when pulling any type of report. We are making additional resources available to mitigate slowness and users should see improvements to response times soon.
