E-mail receipts for recurring gifts appear to be back up and running. We’re monitoring it closely to verify all issues are fully resolved. We’ll share another update shortly.

We have identified the cause of the issue and are working to resolve it.

It should be noted that recurring giving is processing as normal and can be seen from within the Breeze product. The trouble here is only the email confirmations to donors and church admins.

We are investigating an issue affecting the sending of email receipts for recurring gifts.
