Outage Details

BridgePay Gateway batches set to process from 8 pm EST February 1st through 10 am EST February 2nd will be on a settlement delay. The email notification system encountered issues delaying batches to be processed during their regularly scheduled time. Do not resubmit your batch or this will cause a duplicate settlement. Please allow the system time to settle and process these batches. All processes will return to normal by 2 pm EST today. Expect a funding delay from this settlement issue if you have an affected batch. If you do not see your batch processed in the MyBridgePay portal after 2 pm EST, please reach out to BridgePay Technical Support at 866-322-9894 for immediate assistance. *Please note this did not affect PathwayLINK Gateway (T-Gate) batches.
