CHCLOUD01 PBX Cluster

We are retroactively posting an incident that took place overnight in the Chicago Data Center. The systems that were homed on this node we experience a CPU spike. Our third shift team decided to reset all equipment and then systematically bring back all accounts. At this time all systems seem to be operating normally and at 40% utilization on that node. We will monitor while our team has a chance to review the block of accounts to determine if there are any additional adjustments needed.

No further issues have occured and systems are running well below the utalization that we expect at this time. We have tasked our dev team to review logging and determine what software / code could be causing unexpected utalization.

We had another situation with CHCLOUD01 with double the amount of resource requirements which caused several accounts to stop functioning properly. We have narrowed things down to two services and our dev team plans to push a fix system wide for 1 of the 2 today.

Updates have been pushed system wide to address one of two services that was consuming a high amount of CPU utilization. We will continue to monitor this and see if thing remain in the normal thresholds
