VACLOUD11 and DALCLOUD03 Service Disruption

We are working on two affected nodes VACLOUD11 and DALCLOUD03 which are experiencing issues and a block of accounts are seeing a service disruption in both regions. We will post an update shortly on eta to resolution

About half of the affected accounts have returned back to normal operation. We are still working on the balance of affected accounts

We are performing some rapid migrations on about a half dozen accounts to break through the last hurdle to restore services. Next update should be in approx 30 minutes

Making good progress now. We are down to 25% of the original affected accounts ... We continue to work on remediation

Based on the current progress we expect all remaining accounts to be fully operational within the next 15-30 minutes

We are down to the remaining handful of accounts being remediated next update should be in 10 minutes

Things in the final stretch are taking longer than expected. 15 remaining accounts
