Outage Details

We are currently investigating reports that real-time traffic reports are showing no data. This can be seen in Support Cloud (CSC) from under the "Services" pane of a subscriber, and then "Traffic Reports". This can be seen in Operations Cloud (CCO) from under the "Traffic" heading in the top navigation bar.
