We are currently reviewing issues with intermittent connectivity between Calix CPE and Calix Telemetry Service. As a result, you may see systems showing in a Degraded state due to no connectivity to Calix Telemetry Service, as well as missing data from features relying on this platform( ie. QoE, Topology, Command IQ, Edge Suites, Historical WiFi Data). Resolved Minor Traffic Data Not Showing in Calix Cloud Applications
We are currently investigating reports that real-time traffic reports are showing no data. This can be seen in Support Cloud (CSC) from under the "Services" pane of a subscriber, and then "Traffic Reports". This can be seen in Operations Cloud (CCO) from under the "Traffic" heading in the top navigation bar. Resolved Minor Investigating Issues with loading Client Data for Onboarded GigaSpires
We have received reports of some Wi-Fi data elements not loading when viewing client devices connected to Onboarded GigaSpire systems. We are currently investigating this issue.
