We are currently reviewing issues with intermittent connectivity between Calix CPE and Calix Telemetry Service. As a result, you may see systems showing in a Degraded state due to no connectivity to Calix Telemetry Service, as well as missing data from features relying on this platform( ie. QoE, Topology, Command IQ, Edge Suites, Historical WiFi Data).
