Please be advised that the pending incoming list and received wires list in Wires is missing the Beneficiary Account Field. As a result, the account number is being populated into the Beneficiary Name field in the list and the beneficiary name is missing. As a workaround, to see the beneficiary’s name, you will need to select the wire from the list and view the wire details. Central 1 is in the final stages of testing a fix for the Wires application display incident.

We will provide the next update by 9:30 a.m. PT (12:30 p.m. ET) on Wednesday, May 25.

A fix for this incident has been successfully tested.
The production deployment date for the change is May 25, 2022 during the wires scheduled maintenance period.

An update will be provided on May 24, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. PT (12:30 p.m. ET).
