We are pleased to announce that all our databases are now back up and running smoothly following a rigorous testing of our hosting partner's implementation. Our Customer Data Platform (CDP) is back in operational mode, and we have resumed processing all events as of 2023-10-26 14:50:00.262 UTC. Please be aware that it might take some time to clear the backlog of events.

Our team has worked diligently to ensure the swift restoration of our systems, and we remain committed to delivering uninterrupted service to our valued clients.

We will be restoring read acces to the CDP to partially mitigate the impact of this outage. No mutations can be made in this state. Engineers at our database hosting partner will work around the clock to fix the root cause that affected our cluster and alert us as soon as they are successful. At that point, our teams will take over again to restore full functionality. We understand the impact this has for our users. Apologies for the effect this is having on your day and business.
