As of 15:41 UTC, our Engineering team has identified an issue impacting the App Platform and Managed Databases products on our platform and is working to implement a fix. At this time, users may experience errors while deploying App platform apps and creating Managed Database clusters. There may be issues with forking and restoration of Managed Database clusters as well. We apologize for the inconvenience and will share an update once we have more information.

Our Engineering team has confirmed full resolution of the issues impacting Spaces, App platform, and Managed Database products. All operations for these products should now be functioning normally. Confirmed impact timestamps are listed below for reference:

Spaces - 15:00 UTC to 16:30 UTC
Managed Databases - 15:33 UTC to 16:51 UTC
App Platform - 14:55 UTC to 16:50 UTC

Our Engineering team has deployed a fix for the issues caused by this incident. And as of 16:51 UTC, users should no longer face problems with the Spaces, App platform, and Managed Databases services. We are monitoring the situation and will post an update once we confirm this incident is fully resolved.
