Outage Details

As of 10:13 UTC, our Engineering team is investigating an issue impacting Droplet, Managed Kubernetes, Managed Database and Load Balancer creation in the LON1 region. During this time, users may experience issues with Droplet event processing, provisioning new Kubernetes clusters, Managed Database creation and creating new Load Balancers in the LON1 region. We apologize for the inconvenience and will share an update once we have more information.

Our Engineering team has confirmed the full resolution of the issue impacting our Droplet, Managed Kubernetes, Managed Database, and Load Balancer services in the LON1 region. All our services in the LON1 region should now be functioning normally.

Users should no longer experience any network connectivity issues with Droplets and Droplet-based services in the LON1 region.

Our Engineering team has deployed a fix for the issue impacting our Droplet, Managed Kubernetes, Managed Database, and Load Balancer service in the LON1 region. As of 13:25 UTC, all impact has been mitigated and users should no longer experience any issues. Creation events that were unable to succeed have been failed and users may safely try again.

Additionally, from approximately 9:50 to 10:15 UTC, users might have experienced network connectivity issues to Droplets and Droplet-based services in the LON1 region.

We are monitoring the situation and will post an update once we confirm the incident is completely resolved.
