Our Engineering team is investigating an issue with App Platform in all regions. At this time, users may experience errors while trying to deploy new or existing Apps. We are working to understand the scope of this incident as well as the root cause and will post an update soon.

As of 16:57 UTC our Engineering team has confirmed that the issue impacting App Platform deployments has been fully resolved.

Our Engineering team has confirmed App deploys are functioning normally and users should no longer experience errors when deploying. Any queued deploys are also processing. We're monitoring the situation and will post an update once we receive confirmation from the upstream provider that they have fully resolved the issue.

Our Engineering team has received confirmation from the upstream provider that the issue on their end is starting to recover. We are seeing error rates for App Platform App deploys also recovering and are confident the root cause was the upstream issue. At this time, users should start to be able to deploy normally.

Our Engineering team has confirmed App Platform deploys began experiencing an increased error rate starting 15:52 UTC. Initial investigation suggests there may be an issue with an upstream provider that is causing the deploy failures. The team is reaching out to that provider while continuing to investigate on our end.
