We are currently monitoring third-party provider issues causing failures with Phone Call Delivery to some Singapore numbers on all of our deployments. We are load-balancing Phone Call delivery across various providers which have resulted in an improvement in delivery. We can confirm that the issue with the phone call is resolved. We are seeing a normal success rate for call deliveries.
