Possible Issue with Edgio EdgePrism Network Service - High Traffic Utilization - APAC Region

We are investigating an issue that might be impacting the Edgio EdgePrism Network Service in our APAC Region. Edgio Engineers are actively investigating customer impact, affected services, and remediation steps. Next expected update: 60 minutes or as new information becomes available.

Edgio Engineers have detected an increase in utilisation on intra-PoP links which may impact the ability to cache-fill content from a customer origin within the normal timeframe. This in turn would then have a knock on impact to end-user delivery. At this time there is no impact to content delivered from cache.

Edgio are actively working on mitigating this impact. Next expected update: 30 minutes or as new information becomes available.

Edgio Engineers are continuing to work to reduce utilisation on the intra-PoP links. Additional resources are being engaged to assist with these efforts.
