When searching for specific items/entries in the search bar in Exact Online, you may experience an error indicating that nothing can be found even though the item/entry you're searching for was recently created. We are investigating this issue. Please be advised that the items/entries can be found in their respective overviews. (For example: Sales invoices can be found under [Sales - Invoices - Overview]) We will update this page as soon as more information is available. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
