A fix for this issue has been deployed and we are monitoring things are working as expected.
We've received several reports of timeouts when using "fly deploy" and repeated attempts to pull images can be seen in the logs. The cause has been identified and a fix is in the works. As a workaround, try temporarily setting FLY_REGISTRY_HOST=registry2.fly.io prior to running "fly deploy".
