We have discovered that Forms are behaving more slowly than normal. Specifically, we are seeing higher than normal levels of latency, manifesting as slowness. We will update once we have identified the cause.
Resolved Minor Some email merge deliveries are failing
We have identified an issue that is causing some email merge deliveries to fail. We are already moving a fix and will update again once the fix is live.
We have been made aware of an issue where users are experiencing an error when attempting to open certain templates in Documents for Salesforce. We have already identified the cause and have successfully implemented a fix. The nature of the deployment meant that merge jobs were temporarily stopped to accommodate the fix, resulting in a delay in processing merge requests. While the fix itself was successful, we are still seeing escalated merge queue times. We are working feverishly to address the issue as quickly as possible without disrupting stability. At the moment, merge queue times are around 6 hours. We hope to share an update soon regarding decreasing queue times.

We have noticed a slight spike in the merge queue, which has resulted in a delay of merge request processing. We are monitoring the situation. The delays are holding steady at around 26 minutes and the queue is processing requests normally, delays notwithstanding.
