Some calls recorded with Zoom Native Recording don't appear in Gong within expected timeframe

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

We see a decrease in impacted calls and we still collaborate with Zoom support to make sure the underlying root cause is fully resolved by them. We recommend Gong users check their Zoom cloud account for any missing calls for additional clarity. Moving forward, Gong can receive calls from Zoom as long as they exist on the customer's Zoom cloud account. Calls recorded by the Gong Recorder are not impacted by this incident.

The issue has been identified as a temporary performance issue with our web conferencing partner, Zoom. This issue has resulted in some calls recorded using Zoom Native Recording to not be available as expected. We have partnered with Zoom to troubleshoot this issue, and are actively working towards resolution. We apologize for the inconvenience.
